Program description

HVAC Assist provides a text-messaging service through which existing business customers (licensed HVAC contractors) can request equipment price quotes from their assigned sales representative. Messages sent from this program are limited to acknowledgments of your requests and replies related to quotes you have asked for.

Consent

Conversations are initiated by you. By sending a text message to our number, you consent to receive reply messages regarding your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program, and we never message anyone who has not first texted us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the requests you send. Typically you will receive one to a few replies per request.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Hope Horizon Global does not charge for text messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, text START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
