Hope Horizon Global ("we," "us") provides HVAC Assist, a business-to-business quoting and ordering platform for HVAC equipment distribution, including an SMS service through which business customers may request equipment quotes. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Account information provided by you or your company: name, company, email address, and phone number.

  • SMS data: when you text our number, we receive your phone number and the content of your message, which we use to prepare the quote or response you requested.

  • Platform usage data: quotes, orders, and saved equipment packages created in your account.

How we use information

We use this information solely to operate the service: preparing and delivering equipment quotes, processing orders, responding to your requests, and maintaining your account. We do not sell personal information.

SMS / text messaging

Text messaging conversations are initiated by you. By texting our number, you consent to receive reply messages related to your request. Message frequency varies based on your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

Information sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and communications infrastructure providers), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
